  Recognizing the need for impactful nonprofit work in our community, we founded our organization to provide practical solutions for the development of at-risk populations. The idea for Rise L.E.A.P. & Achieve began in 2016, when I identified a significant problem in my area and sought a solution. I reached out to local individuals who were already working on similar issues and proposed that we pool our resources to create an afterschool program. Since 2020, our dedicated board members have worked tirelessly to bring this vision to life, aiming to serve underserved communities and provide meaningful opportunities for youth. 

Our amazing team of board members are committed to helping the youth. We take our convictions and turn them into action. Our team is comprised of educators , administrators, accountants, counselors, and more all with a common goal in helping the underserved community achieve their goals and become future stand up citizens in our community.
